This rapidly expanding organisation produces innovative surgical products for a very discerning customer base. Its people have to be very good at what they do and work exceptionally well together to deliver on their promises. Our work has revolved around enhancing the relationship and influencing skills of the management, salesforce and customer service teams. We've also added more clout to coaching conversations.

As a Learning and Development Director in the Medical Devices Industry, I have had the pleasure of working with Kirkstone for many years.
